| Frequently asked questions: 1. How long will it take for delivery and pick-up? It takes approximately 20-30 minutes for each delivery, set-up, and pick-up. 45 minutes for rock wall. 2. Where is the ideal spot to set up the inflatable unit? The best location for ideal fun is a flat, open, grassy area with no slopes. Make sure there are no overhanging trees that can cause damage to the bounce house. A 5 foot buffer on each side and above is recommended for all inflatable units. 3. What is needed to set up an inflatable unit? For power, a standard 110V household outlet is required. We provide extension cords for outlets that may be a distance from the unit (electricity should be within 50 feet of unit). For the water slides, a standard outside water faucet is required. A hose is provided if needed 4. How do I book or reserve an inflatable unit? For Online click here or call 661-364-9200. We have a four hour minimum charge for rentals to cover our delivery cost. If you do not want the unit for four hours, we can pick it up early, but the cost will be the same. We accept cash on delivery or credit card by phone in advance. 3% fee will apply. 5. What about deposits, payment and cancellations? We do not require a deposit unless you have reserved more than one unit. If you must cancel, please call us as soon as possible so we can make the inflatable unit available another customer. Once we setup there is no refund. Payment is due at setup. 6. What is the rain or bad weather policy? We reserve the right not to setup if bad weather is pending. If we cancel due to weather you will not be charged 7. What time do you open and close? The office is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm 7 days a week. We start delivering at 8:00am and stop between 7:00 pm and 8:00 pm. We do not leave units overnight. 8. Silly String, Liquid candy, gum and any other kind of food or drink is not allowed in the jumper. There will be a 50.00 cleaning fee if any of these items are found upon pick up inspection.
